I have taken all of my animals to Alvarado for over 20 years. Dr. Finley performed multiple surgeries on my sweet Bo over the years. Bo didn’t like many people but he loved Dr. Finley. When the time came and we had to put Bo down Dr. Finley cried with me. You can’t fake compassion like that. Dr. Beam performed TPLO surgery on both of my boy Tank’s back legs. It’s been a long road to recovery but well been worth it. Tank bounces around like a puppy again! Dr. Beam was so supportive throughout the entire process. He was great at explaining the surgery and the aftercare required. Dr. Calvert went out of his way helping me with my gelding that had a serious eye ulcer years ago. Long story short, he saved his eye and most of his vision.

I could go on and on and on. I can’t recommend them enough.

This is by far the best vet I’ve been to – my daughters found a injured orphaned baby rabbit and I was able to get in and seen and out in 30 min. They provided a recipe for formula for the rabbit and very useful advice on nurturing the baby back to health and their prices are great. I also have two miniature schnauzers that we will be taking there from now on. I can’t say enough good things about them, I recommend them to all my animal owner friends and family.

We drive from Burleson just to go to AVC. We’ve been taking our dogs there since 2012 and once prior (our original was Dr Rice, in Burleson). The techs are very nice, professional, and care about the animals. The doctors are very good as well and are passionate about taking good care of the animals. I don’t expect them to be the cheapest in the area simply because I don’t want to pay pennies on the dollar for the amount of trust I have in the doctors or techs. You get what you pay for…and then some at AVC!

I would like to thank Alvarado Veterinary Clinic and Dr. Kevin Beam for their compassionate bedside manor this past Saturday when we had to say goodbye to one of our family members. Alvarado Vet Clinic is awesome! When we said good-bye to our Yoda this past weekend we decided to have him cremated. We called AVC to ask what to do and they said they would take care of everything. When we arrived they treated my husband and I with the utmost respect and kindness. And they didn’t treat Yoda like just another animal. When I picked him up just now I was treated again with with patience, kindness and respect even though they were extremely busy! We have used them for years for our pets needs and will continue to do so! Thank you AVC!!

Alvarado is one of three clinics I use for the care of my animals and I always feel that every veterinarian, and clerical staff member cares very much for me and every animal I entrust to their care.
